This policy applies to standalone products (e.g., inverters, solar accessories) ordered from Sethu Marketing. Solar panel systems and solar plant installations involve on-site delivery and installation, which are scheduled separately and not covered under traditional shipping terms.
Shipping Locations

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹10,000 within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹10,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹500 applies. Additional charges may apply for expedited delivery or remote locations. Shipping costs for large equipment (e.g., inverters or bulky accessories) will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. Delivery Time: Within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry: 3-5 business days. Outside Tamil Nadu/Puducherry (if applicable): 5-10 business days, depending on location and logistics. For solar systems or solar plant installations, delivery and installation timelines will be scheduled after a site assessment and mutual agreement.
Shipping Process

Tracking: A tracking number (if applicable) will be provided via email or SMS once the product is dispatched. 3. Delivery: Products are shipped via trusted logistics partners. Installation Products
For solar panels, inverters, or solar plants requiring installation, our team will coordinate delivery and setup directly with you. Delivery of such items is free within our service areas (Tamil Nadu and Puducherry), and installation timelines will be confirmed post-order.
Damages During Shipping
